Last week, Rhyme et reason didn’t want to bombard you with New York Fashion Week (Fall Winter 2012) updates. There were hundreds of runway shows and presentations and serious fashion journalists covering every moment. Now that it’s on to London over, we’ve decided to give you the good, the bad and the ugly—as we see it.

W-h-a-t—t-h-e—f-u-c-k-?-! I can’t think of a single occasion which calls for an enormous (faux?)fur hat. Apparently Marc Jacobs et al. thought of many. His team must hate women. Even if you didn’t buy the entire runway look, could you imagine yourself in such an unflattering silhoutte? And those shoes!
