“By Heart” by Dråpe is said to be shoegaze and, you know, maybe shoegaze in Norway is different than shoegaze by American standards. I wouldn’t call this shoegaze except that it does make use of echoes which could allow it to have an ethereal quality, if you really want to push it. The way that the guitars and drums are used doesn’t make it sound like shoegaze. Moving on.
